Our 30-day calm guarantee
If The Gentle Nail Trimmer doesn't make nail time easier for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery and get your money back. This is longer than the 14-day right of withdrawal you have under EU law, and it does not limit that right in any way.
How to return an item
- Email us at pedrugoncalves@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery, with your order number and the item you want to return.
- We will reply within 1 business day with the return instructions.
- Send the item, with all its parts and file heads, to: Little Exhale, Rua das Cortes 65, 5100-132 Lamego, Portugal.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Refunds
Once we receive the item, we refund the full price of the product and the standard shipping cost you paid, using the same payment method, within 14 days. For change-of-mind returns, the cost of sending the item back is paid by the customer. We recommend using a tracked service.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, stops working or is not what you ordered, email us with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, and you will not pay any return costs. Your statutory rights under Portuguese and EU consumer law, including the legal guarantee of conformity, always apply.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order free of charge as long as it has not been processed yet. Email us as soon as possible.
