Where we ship
We ship worldwide with free tracked shipping on every order. We do not currently ship to Portugal.
Processing
Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days. Your order ships from our fulfilment partner's warehouse and is sent directly to you.
Delivery times
- United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia: usually 6 to 15 business days.
- Europe: usually 6 to 12 business days.
- Rest of the world: usually 8 to 15 business days. Some destinations may take longer.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays can happen during holidays, bad weather or customs checks.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Tracking can take 2 to 4 days to show the first update.
Customs and import fees
For deliveries inside the European Union, applicable taxes are included in the price you pay at checkout. For deliveries outside the EU, local import duties or taxes may in rare cases be charged by your country's customs. These are the responsibility of the customer.
Wrong address or lost parcels
Please double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipping. If your tracking shows no movement for 30 days, email us and we will send a replacement or refund you in full.
